ABSTRACT

In this research, the stress is grasped based on the vibration measurement of the plate material, and the method of estimating the reaction force of the bearing concerning the dead load is examined. In general, it is known that the frequency of steel plates on which compressive force acts decreases. By this property, the difference in vibration characteristics from the initial state where the dead load does not act is calculated, and the stress is estimated. However, in an actual bridge, the conditions such as the shape and restraint of the members are different. Therefore, as a measurement method that does not depend on the shape of the target structural member, a circular region that restrains bending in the out-of-plane direction is created inside the member, and bending vibration measurement inside the area is performed on the target structural member. It enables the estimation of compressive force.
