ABSTRACT
Applying the decision aid to different projects is a very complicated exercise, it consists on elaborating the best major component. So, the intellectual work becomes practically an execution work. Among the used techniques, we can find the multi_objective mathematical programming that has been known for the first time by the Italian economist PARETO WILFREDO in 1896.
In many combinatorial optimization problems, the selection of the optimal solution takes into consideration more than one criterion. Otherwise, these criteria are always in conflict, the reason why the formulation of the multi objective network problems is a necessity. In the real case, we see that the choice of the optimal action is done on the base of the multiple and conflicting criteria. In another words, the studies mentioned in this chapter had for goal to help the decision maker to drive the network with a better management of the system. So, to succeed in any project, the best thing to do is to apply the decision aid, since it’s the pillar of a perfect company and sometimes, it’s even the key of success to many projects.
