ABSTRACT

With the rapid progress of intelligent Internet of things (i-IoT) technology, it is now possible to integrate numerous smart objects via the internet by making the systems intelligent, as well as by providing more communication compatibility means for application purposes. More potential uses of i-IoT in data-intensive industries, like healthcare services, have been discovered in recent research. Furthermore, the diversity issue of the data format in i-IoT platforms is caused by the multiplicity of objects in IoT. The previous 10 years have seen a lot of research in medical care and its technological advancements. The IoT has shown promise in connecting a variety of medical gadgets, sensors, as well as healthcare specialists in order to provide high-quality medical treatment in distant areas. Meanwhile, the increased usage of IoT technology in applications has resulted in a surge in actual data, improving data retention as well as retrieval more complex and problematic. The development of the implementation of the i-IoT in tackling various healthcare concerns has been presented in this paper from the viewpoint of enabling technology, healthcare services, and applications. In conclusion, the latest research provides a complete repository of information about the various domains of application of i-IoT in the hopes of assisting future academics who are interested in working on and making improvements in the subject.
