ABSTRACT
The Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) market has expanded dramatically. The solution is a blockchain based digital warranty system using NFTs that automates the warranty tracking and claim process and reduces the time consumed in processing the claims. The method is an automated process consisting of multiple ends. It can be used on multiple devices ranging from smartphones to personal laptops and desktops, thus making it easy to use for customers and vendors. The modular blockchain network creates a two-peer network for the warranty management system. One network is for the vendor, and the other is for the customer. The vendor will post his product and give details of the warranty claims. When a customer buys that product, its warranty claim (for example, it has a warranty for a year) will get triggered in the chain code. When the warranty date passes, the system automatically marks the warranty as expired, and the customer can no longer avail of the benefits of the listed product’s warranty period. We aim to make the warranty system more robust and reliable.
