ABSTRACT

Governments throughout the world are striving to lower carbon emissions, of which road transportation frequently makes up a substantial percentage. As a result, many nations have implemented electric vehicle (EV) emission targets. The environmental benefits of EVs have garnered considerable attention in recent years. The existence of charging stations specifically designed for electric vehicles will be essential to the successful execution of a seamless transition to e-mobility. It is recommended to use an off-board charger while charging a high-power electric vehicle. EVs contribute to the grid because of their flexibility in charging power, ability to ramp up or down in power swiftly, and capacity to charge and discharge. Contactless charging of EVs using inductive power transfer (IPT) is becoming increasingly common as a critical component of EV autonomy. Battery Electric Vehicle needs a motor and an Energy Storage System (ESS) to work.
