ABSTRACT

The substation project is an important part of the power system and one of the key facilities for the investment and construction of power grid enterprises. Therefore, the issue of whether the substation project cost is reasonable is directly related to the scale of capital cost expenditure of power grid enterprises but also related to the scale of enterprise operating benefits. In this context, this paper proposes the rationality evaluation method of substation project cost: firstly, we construct the rationality of substation cost based on the main component analysis, then determine the index weight, and finally, construct the engineering cost evaluation model based on fuzzy theory.
