ABSTRACT
The substation project is one of the key investment points of power grid enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the cost control level of the substation project. This paper presents a substation engineering prediction method based on engineering cost index theory and verifies the effectiveness combined with practical case analysis.
