ABSTRACT

In order to solve the problem of resilience and disaster resistance evaluation of old communities, this paper establishes a resilience and disaster resistance evaluation index system with 5 primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators, and 28 tertiary indicators, and then constructs a resilience and disaster resistance evaluation index model for old communities based on hierarchical analysis and Delphi method. The weights of each index are clarified and scored to effectively evaluate the resilience and disaster resistance of communities to cope with major disaster risks. This paper takes the Wuhan Huayuanshan community as a case study, and systematically evaluates the resilience and disaster-resilience evaluation index system of the old community by means of a field survey and questionnaire.
