ABSTRACT

The assembly of bridge steel structures involves the body of large-scale construction. The bridge steel structure is obtained and constructed by surveying and mapping. On this basis, digital intelligent simulation assembly can effectively prevent the influence caused by assembly error in practical engineering. Therefore, this paper summarizes an automatic simulation pre-assembly method of bridge steel structure based on characteristic spatial line, which has reference significance for the data simulation assembly of this type of large steel structure. Overall, the pre-assembly method can effectively simulate a series of problems that may occur in the assembly process of large bridge structural parts, and further predict the possible assembly errors or errors in advance.
