ABSTRACT

With the 3# reservoir of a ski park as the study case, seepage stability analysis is carried out in this paper. Because there are many cracks in the reservoir and there is no monitoring data, two schemes are proposed based on literature review and expert opinions to analyze the seepage stability of the reservoir. First, it is considered that the anti-seepage function of the concrete face slab is completely ineffective. Second, we consider the concrete face slab still has an anti-seepage function, but it needs to be reduced. The results show that in the first case, the seepage quantity is very large and the saturated line is very high, which is inconsistent with the actual situation. However, the calculation results of the second case are reasonable. The present work is expected to provide a reference for seepage stability analysis of similar projects.
