ABSTRACT

The Yuanshuo Bridge is a typical self-anchored suspension bridge structure. The construction of the main tower cap is carried out in a combination of layering pouring and pipe cooling to ensure that the temperature is controlled within the range of specifications and design requirements. Using large-scale finite element analysis software, this paper describes the fine modeling of temperature diffusion area, the layout of each layer tube cold, and their locations and layouts with precision based on the construction of actual simulation of the temperature diffusion conditions, and by controlling the cooling pipe diameter, flow parameters such as temperature, water flow and time. The layout of pipe cooling is optimized and analyzed, and the analysis results show that the temperature control effect is good.
