ABSTRACT

Tourism has emerged as one of the most important economic factors for countries that contribute significantly to their GDP and encourage entrepreneurship. Events are a powerful tourism accelerator, and, as a result, they are heavily included in the growth and commercial strategies of many places. Globalization, immigration, transportation, tourism, and industry are all important factors when it comes to promoting tourism events. Tourism, of course, is a significant player in the age of globalization (by expanding new locations, new demand, and new markets), and it is also heavily influenced by it. Individuals are highly interested in and acquainted with many different sections of the country as a result of the travel and tourism industry’s advantages. The event tourism business also offers immigrants a diverse range of entrepreneurial employment opportunities for locals and others, establishing social norms and financial activities in the process. Because of its versatility, low capital requirements, and social expectations, a considerable section of the population chooses to start a small tourism business between all types of tourism firms. The tourist sector has become a key feature in the growth and charisma of ‘event management,’ a fast-developing occupation for which tourists supply a potential market for organized events. As a result, event tourism is a key contributor to economic growth, with a major impact on entrepreneurship, employment, and household income. The purpose of this 264study is to look into ways to improve entrepreneurship in the event tourism industry. This study discusses the variables that encourage the growth of entrepreneurship along with employment prospects in the event tourism business.
