ABSTRACT

Temporary power supply project is characterized by a tight schedule, heavy tasks, and a short construction period, which makes estimated investment more difficult. Considering major events, epidemic prevention and control, rescue and disaster relief, and other situations, the demand for temporary power supply engineering construction is growing based on the need for emergency management. To improve the work efficiency of temporary power supply project, this paper takes the Winter Olympic Games power supply project as an example and proposes a rapid calculation method of the cost of a temporary power supply project based on modular technology, which reflects the project cost level more quickly and precisely and provides a reference for estimated investment more accurately. The application in actual project management further verifies the reasonableness and applicability of the method, which can meet the emergency management needs of rapid decision making, capital arrangement, speeding up construction, and guaranteeing operation.
