ABSTRACT
In order to build a safety management model for lightering operations of crude oil in Ningbo Port, and promote the continuous improvement of the safety management level of it, this paper analyzed the reasons for the safety of lightering operations of crude oil in Ningbo Port and put forward the main countermeasures, based on the background of lightering operations of crude oil of Ningbo Port. Meanwhile, this paper adopted the method of combining literature summarization and safety management research to promote Ningbo Port to establish a long-term mechanism for safety management of lightering operations of crude oil, standardize lightering operations of crude oil in Ningbo Port, and improve its safety management level.
