ABSTRACT

In order to cope with global climate change and reduce carbon emissions, countries around the world are gradually controlling the use of fossil energy. In order to ensure energy security, regional energy cooperation is becoming more and more important. Based on the LOCE model, this paper conducts an energy cost assessment on a country rich in clean energy resources in Northeast Asia and provides data reference for future energy cooperation among Northeast Asian countries. Research shows that the cost of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in a country in Northeast Asia will continue to decrease, the cost of wind power development projects is lower than that of photovoltaic projects, and greater economic benefits can be obtained by investing in wind farms. In addition, in the process of regional energy cooperation in Northeast Asia, the comprehensive benefits created in the follow-up are also huge, and the clean energy cooperation in Northeast Asia should be gradually promoted.
