ABSTRACT

The construction cost of the power grid project is high and the cost items involved are complex. The costs related to the implementation of construction management are affected by many factors and cannot be reasonably calculated so the actual costs cannot match the work content. As China's power construction enters the period of structural adjustment and transformation, it has become a new trend of power development to adopt scientific project management methods to improve the cost management level of power grid projects. Accordingly, this paper studies the construction management cost calculation method, which is based on the traditional cost control method, to improve the availability of the collected power grid project sample data, and the established model has good robustness. The application in actual project management further verifies the effectiveness of the model.
