ABSTRACT

A PID closed-loop control poultry egg incubator is proposed, which is made of composite polyimide. Taking advantage of its wide temperature, chemical corrosion resistance, and high strength, it absorbs the heat energy discharged by the outdoor unit of a central air conditioner or the water pump of a high-rise building as the heat source for hatching poultry eggs in the incubator. Through the incubation experiment of egg-laying animals, the upper and lower limit data of temperature and humidity of the best hatching rate of all kinds of poultry eggs are obtained. Combined with the PID closed-loop control programming technology of MCU interrupt and pointer, the closed-loop automatic control of temperature and humidity in the incubator is achieved to realize the optimal hatching of poultry eggs.
