ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of multi-energy systems, comprehensive and effective evaluation index systems and evaluation methods are becoming more and more important for the development of multi-energy systems. To this end, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of multi-energy systems from multiple dimensions of economy, environmental protection, energy efficiency, reliability and technology. Considering the subjectivity and objectivity of empowerment and the uncertainty of index weight, an evaluation method of multi-energy systems based on analytic network progress (ANP), entropy weight and interval TOPSIS is proposed. The case study compares different scenarios and verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation method.
