ABSTRACT

Based on the actual situation of rural areas in De’an County of Poyang Lake area, the indoor artificial simulation of the rural channel was carried out, and different aquatic plants (Iris tectorum, Zizania aquatica, Nymphaea tetragona, Myriophyllum verticillatum L.) and their combinations were set to explore the effects of aquatic plants on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus them in water. The results showed that in terms of the treatments of Iris tectorum, Zizania aquatica, Nymphaea tetragona, Myriophyllum verticillatum L, iris + Nymphaea, Zizania + Nymphaea, whether they are single plant or plant combination, in which the removal rate of total nitrogen was more than 75%, the removal rate of total phosphorus was more than 57%, and the effect was good. Among them, the treatment effect of Iris tectorum + Nymphaea was the best, TN removal rate was 89.4%, TP removal rate was 68.87%, and microbial content is the highest. The research results can not only effectively prevent and control rural non-point source pollution and improve the rural water ecological environment, but also have important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the construction a of clean small watershed in Jiangxi Province and the construction of beautiful countryside in Jiangxi Province.
