ABSTRACT

Qinghai is located at a high altitude and has abundant wind power resources, but it's urgent to solve the problem of heating. A heating system based on phase change heat storage is established. The load aggregator is introduced into the system so that the load aggregator can interact with the power grid, the wind power, and the heat user. Finally, the optimal configuration model of the heat storage device is established to manage the capacity of the heat storage boiler. The results showed that the net profit of the aggregator could reach 327,274 Yuan in one week. Taking 100 school buildings in Maduo, Qinghai as an example, the optimal capacity of a heat storage device is 90 MWh.
