ABSTRACT

The continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous development of the economy have led to the increasing demand for electric energy. At present, in addition to the use of clean energy sources such as nuclear energy, wind energy, and solar energy for power generation, traditional coal-fired power plants have always been the main source of power generation, compared with clean energy generation, coal-fired power plant boilers will emit a large number of environmentally harmful nitrogen, sulfur-containing flue gas. Based on the relevant parameters of a 2200T/h natural circulation boiler in a power plant in Dezhou, the design of the flue gas denitrification system is carried out, and based on the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology, the reduction effect of ammonia (NH3) on the nitrogen oxide is utilized, under the action of catalyst, the NOx in flue gas can be converted into non-toxic N2 and H2O, thus the NOx emission can be reduced, and the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved. The main design contents of this paper include the SCR reactor, spraying ammonia system, ash blowing system, and SCR-DCS control system, and the NOx content is below 50mg/m3, and the denitration rate is above 95%.
