ABSTRACT
Based on a brief description of the basic concept, development history and development prospect of green building, the green building design of China (Nanning) Leyangcheng Recreation and Retirement Center is analyzed. The evaluation is mainly carried out from the interior design and the exterior design, involving vegetation selection, soil safety, air quality and building noise prevention. Finally, the evaluation results were obtained from five aspects: safety and durability, health and comfort, the convenience of living, resource conservation and environmental livability. The project construction was considered to reach the basic level in the green building grade, providing a better reference for the future planning and design of similar building projects in China, and pointing out that these aspects are necessary for the building design and use of energy-saving and emission reduction and return to nature based on the premise of comfort and aesthetic guarantee.
