ABSTRACT

In order to reduce the risk of power system operation caused by demand-side response uncertainty and improve the accuracy of demand-side response pricing, this paper proposes a demand-side response pricing model considering response uncertainty. Firstly, the uncertainty of demand-side response and its influence are analyzed, and then the quantitative model of demand-side response uncertainty is established to quantify the response risk. Finally, on the basis of considering the uncertainty of response, the traditional pricing model is improved. Through the pricing mechanism, the deviation space is reserved for the demand-side response, which reduces the risk of response deviation on power grid regulation and improves the stability of response regulation.
