ABSTRACT
Phishing website means a type of cyber threat to steal confidential and sensitive data like login credentials of a person or a company through uniform resource locators (URLs) and webpages, email, telephone or by sending a fraudulent message. The objective of this work is to predict phishing websites by training classification algorithms on the dataset. This paper, mostly concentrated on main eight features, which are used to predict phishing URL or legitimate URL in an effective way. As the proposed system is based on training by classification techniques; the performance level of each technique is measured its metrics and compared. Then the proposed system achieved 86.6% accuracy.
