ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the method of efficiency control that authors developed, for monitoring and automation of multi-assortment processes for control of technological complexes what can be presented for a food production. It presents the functional structure and main components of control system for technological complexes that are generalized for the production of multi-assortment products. The development of processing industry is closely related by the demand for final products, which had characteristics that depend on consumer preferences and tend to change by product cycle. The chapter determines the methods for increase of the multi-assortment production (MAP) efficiency in conditions of dynamic sales of products and supply of resources. The decision to control of MAP is chosen from a group of possible alternatives by development of situations that allow reduce the dimension of alternatives group.
