ABSTRACT

This chapter presents a systematic literature review of the application of decision support techniques, especially the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods in green and sustainable supply chain management in Scopus database. Supply chain sustainability has been highlighted as a precursor to sustainable manufacturing and sustainable development. Manufacturing companies are considered sustainable, as long as their supply chains are also sustainable. Supply chain sustainability in manufacturing companies usually involves a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. The purpose of applying the multi-criteria decision making method indicates the motivation that generated the need to use decision aid methods in green and sustainable supply chains.
