ABSTRACT
In 1945, Korea was divided into Republic of Korea, which is called simply South Korea by world people, and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, which is called North Korea. Korea was the poorest country in the world just after the Korean War from June 1950 to July 1953. Diesel engines with oil were used for power of trains. The first expressway road was constructed between the capital city, Seoul, the largest city, Busan. Fuel cell stack in a fuel cell car has about 500 cells, which make power like engine cylinder and human body cell. In the decentralized system of energy production and consumption is the most feasible way, which can be achieved by hydrogen production and consumption. The fuel cell car could be operated by voice recognition and touch screen monitor for stop, start, and 5 step speeds. The first prize, Award of the Minister of Knowledge Economy, during international science and technology competition of renewable energy utilization.
