ABSTRACT

Inequality is one of the major divisive factors of human civilization and the evolutionary history of development. Inequality can be seen in every sphere of social, political, and economical structure of community, national and international level. In recent decades, income inequality has increased in nearly all countries, but at different speeds, suggesting that institutions and policies matter in shaping inequality. Since 1980, income inequality has increased rapidly in north America, China, India, and Russia. The future of global income inequality is likely to be shaped by both convergence forces and divergence forces. Sustainable development is a complex issue which interchangeably in use with Sustainability. In creating sustainable development discourse, epistemology and regime; the educational institutions have playing a vital role.
