ABSTRACT
In the modem world economy significant changes have taken place in the capital international movement, and, in particular, new subjects have occurred - participants in the international capital market - pension funds and insurance companies, hedge funds, direct investment funds, and venture capital funds. The modern paradigm of global market economy is formed taking into account the peculiarities that are features of the current state of the Ukrainian economy. The most important structures of the national systems in the EU countries are small and medium enterprises, as well as corporations of the entrepreneurial sector. Intensification of innovative processes in the modem market requires substantiation of the possibilities of attracting all possible sources of funding of innovation projects and their diversification, the main objective of which is to minimize risks.
