ABSTRACT

LEDs have become the emerging device in many applications across all industries, from simple lights to sophisticated electrical processes. Due to their exceptional qualities, including environmental friendliness, compact size, temperature control, extended lifespan, low power consumption, and low cost, LEDs have drawn a lot of attention. The development of LED packaging materials has a significant impact on LED reliability and lifetime. The goal of this chapter is to evaluate these problems and identify the future development path for LED packaging and materials and suggest possible solutions because this provides significant challenges to their development.
