ABSTRACT
In the 14th Five-year Plan for the development of Catering industry of Yunnan province issued by the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, it is pointed out that the construction of infrastructure for the development of catering industry such as raw material centralized processing base, raw material centralized distribution center, food material distribution center and wild bacteria deep processing is encouraged. In order to promote the development of the Yunnan edible wild mushrooms industry, the author believes that it is necessary to establish an edible wild mushrooms distribution center. Therefore, this paper selects five cities suitable for the construction of an edible wild mushroom distribution center for comprehensive evaluation. This study summarizes four evaluation criteria and 13 evaluation sub-criteria through literature review. Then, the analytic hierarchy process method (AHP) is used to analyze the collected expert data to get the weight of each evaluation criterion. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is used to evaluate five candidate cities to select the suitable city to construct the edible wild mushroom distribution center. Finally, with the help of the AHP and TOPSIS method, found that Kunming was the most suitable city for edible wild mushroom distribution center construction. If the site selection of edible wild mushroom distribution center is to be further studied, the author suggests that more criteria should be added according to the actual situation.
