ABSTRACT
Under the “use of existing resources to achieve the internet of all things in the smart city” scenario, the development of a new PLC-IOT communication technology, in the realization of intelligent management of power grid equipment to the distribution station area (cell) as a unit to establish a special outlet for the Internet of Things, the use of “power line” as a carrier, the network signal coverage to all power supply ends, so that the Internet of Things equipment can be powered on to access the network, the encrypted transmission of carrier data, to solve the manufacturers of equipment incompatibility, network wiring difficulties, wireless signal transmission distance, the high technical obstacle of the cost of separate Internet access has realized the unified monitoring and management of various items on the cloud platform of the smart community, giving full play to the resource advantages of the State Grid Corporation in terms of infrastructure and brand reputation, and effectively improving the life experience and quality of life of the residents in the community.
