ABSTRACT

Aiming at the construction of conceptual design scheme in the manufacturing technology process of urban building acoustic energy environment and fiber material structure noise reduction body, and solving the innovative problems such as the complex characteristics and functional decoupling of the sound source, this paper proposes to apply the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and the general theory of powerful thinking (OTSM) to solve the multi-conflict problem in complex interdisciplinary innovative products for functional modeling. And to guide the active and passive path of recreating green building adjustable frequency technology of acoustic environment conceptual design scheme. Combining TRIZ technology’s conflict resolution principle and environmental quality function configuration method, the mapping relationship between re-innovation design parameters and TRIZ engineering parameters is established, and the re-innovation design of structural components is improved driven by conceptual design requirements. The existing innovative design conflicts are analyzed, and the association of knowledge and extraction mechanism of active and passive re-created sound absorption and noise reduction innovative design is established. Based on the functional requirement analysis and scientific effect, direction of the sound absorption and noise reduction with adjustable frequency technology is determined, and the conflict resolution method of TRIZ physical conflict resolution principle and knowledge integration is given. TRIZ tools such as causal chain analysis, nine-screen method, final ideal solution (IFR), system function analysis, technical contradiction, field model, physical contradiction and resource analysis are used to carry out innovative design on five aspects like sound insulation level, sound absorption material, thermal insulation, bandwidth broadening and plug-in construction. The conceptual design scheme of the product with forty-six dimensions is constructed by refining the structured TRIZ tool, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the active and passive re-creation scheme design from five aspects like re-innovation performance, life cycle energy consumption, market frontier, environmental universality and manufacturing cost. The scientificity and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by combining with the design example of “I-shaped” component building sound absorption and noise reduction board.
