ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's cities, the block level of the medium dimension in the city is facing many resources and environmental problems, so building a perfect neighborhood ecosystem is imperative. The goal of this paper is to save resources and energy in the whole life cycle of green blocks, by exploring the key technologies of green blocks, combined with the block resources, energy, waste, and other infrastructure to put forward qualitative and quantitative research, eventually forming block index system of green technology, and based on this index, the technology landing is realized in the form of the plan at the block planning level, to provide reference for current ecological planning and design theory.
