ABSTRACT
A lot of funds need to be invested in the construction of natural gas pipeline network, especially in the long-distance transmission of natural gas. Therefore, it is very important for natural gas companies to scientifically and reasonably control the construction cost of long-distance pipeline and carry out necessary cost management for long-distance pipeline construction. This paper analyzes the basic contents of cost management in the process of oil and gas exploration and the problems existing in the whole process of cost management. From the perspective of the construction unit, the construction management is carried out by using the subordinate classification technology. The performance evaluation model is established to carry out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the performance evaluation of cost management. It also expounds the application of the whole process cost management of long-distance pipeline project. Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the application effect of the corresponding countermeasures, this paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the countermeasures so as to provide reference experience for solving similar problems in the future.
