ABSTRACT

The production of massive waste products and irregular treatment have brought serious pollution to the air, water resources, and soil, and the urban environment has become increasingly harsh. The 14th five-year plan proposes to gradually transform the city into green city development. Therefore, in order to improve the recycling of waste products and achieve the green and sustainable development of the urban environment, based on the perspective of a closed-loop supply chain, the Stackelberg game is used to establish the model of a manufacturer or retailer undertaking CSR investment, respectively, further using PYTHON software to solve the model and numerical simulation analysis. The conclusion indicates that RPM and CSR investment can significantly improve the recycling of waste products and reduce environmental pollution. In addition, the environmental protection effect is best when manufacturers undertake CSR investment.
