ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development and maturity of important supporting technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and big data analysis, urban governance and development have ushered in a new period of opportunity. As a new concept and model to promote urban planning, construction, management and service intelligence, urban intelligence can effectively promote urban economic transformation and residents’ lifestyle changes, improve environmental protection and social management efficiency, and has received increasing attention from all walks of life. With the development of my country's economy, the construction of smart economy and smart cities is accelerating, which is an inevitable trend of economic and social development and a requirement for the development of modern information technology. This paper uses AHP as the research method to construct an index system for the influencing factors of smart cities in Heilongjiang Province, and summarizes the indicators that affect the construction of smart cities in Heilongjiang Province.
