ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with thermal energy and its various storage materials. The thermal energy can be stored as sensible and latent heat manner. In the case of sensible heat storage material, the material cannot change phase during heat release or absorption. In contrast, the latent heat storage material changes their phases during the same process. In this chapter, different materials and its properties have been discussed.
