ABSTRACT

In order to analyze the corrosion resistance of extruded anchor type recoverable prestressed anchor cable and cement paste grouting body, seven groups of extruded anchor type recoverable prestressed anchor cable electrochemical specimens and four groups of cement paste specimens were made, and the coupled salt solution containing Cl and https://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> SO 4 2 − https://s3-euw1-ap-pe-df-pch-content-public-p.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/9781003349563/0f6a4dae-79c6-4254-8c48-9d22a62e8337/content/inline-math17_1.tif" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"/> ions was prepared. The mechanical properties of cement paste grouting body specimens with different water-binder ratios in the corrosion solution were analyzed. The non-destructive testing electrochemical workstation was used to test the corrosion law of extruded anchor type recoverable prestressed anchor cable specimens with different types of protective layers in the corrosion solution. The test results show that the corrosion resistance of 0.50 water-binder ratio cement paste test specimens is the best, and the epoxy resin coating composite cement paste protective layer with the water-binder ratio of 0.50 has the best protection effect on the extruded anchor recoverable prestressed anchor cable.
