ABSTRACT

The expansion of highway and urban road repair and reconstruction has put forward higher requirements on the performance of traffic line clearing. To solve the problems of visual residue and road surface damage caused by line marking removal in previous studies, a kind of microwave quickly removing multifunctional marking line for road engineering is designed by adding a functional bonding layer and microwave efficiently removing layer between asphalt pavement and two-component epoxy marking line. Then the structure, formula composition, clearance performance, and road performance of the two-component epoxy multifunctional marking lines are studied. Thus, it can reduce the difficulty of construction, which has been marked in road reconstruction and expansion projects to avoid damage to the road surface due to traffic guidance, extend the service life of two-component epoxy multifunctional marking, provide additional guarantee to improve the highway driving safety, and meet the requirements of the construction of an “environmentally friendly” society in China.
