ABSTRACT
Any medicine that reaches at the action site in an appropriate amount must have a good pharmacological effect. The ADME study is crucial in the development of novel lead compounds. Any molecule’s pharmacokinetic properties are covered by an ADME research. Absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion are all popular factors in drug research and development these days. Because of the in-silico approach employing online platforms, ADME investigation has become relatively simple in the current context. SwissADME is a well-known online platform for investigating the ADME of any chemical. This web tool predicts several qualities of any lead molecule, such as lipophilicity, physicochemical properties of the any compound. This tool is also helpful in the understanding the other useful parameters such as druglikeness, pharmacokinetics, medicinal chemistry, and water solubility in a very simple manner.
