ABSTRACT
Cloud computing along with web semantics will become a perfect solution in creating a stable unique solution for House rental management system. Today all house rental management system is scoped only to search home as one time activity and monitor rent payment. The proposed system will make an ecosystem where an unique id will be generated an individual using identification technique and implement machine learning to help in search of next house for rent using past searches. The proposed system envisions having rental house, transport logistics, medical stores and grocery store integrated currently. The cloud technology will be able to handle the growth of organised and unorganised data without impacting the performance of the application whereas web semantics will help ensuring that only meaningful data resides in the application. The graph technique will generate accurate result which will help end user to take a decision.
