ABSTRACT
The paper examines the intelligent operation of a rental management system in which the user receives intelligent results based on data supplied by the computer. Despite substantial advancements in web applications, the two most common types of significant issues are -First, there is no distinction between content of information and preservation in web documents. XML may be useful in resolving the problem and Second, different online documents may express semantically related pieces of information in different ways. These two points obstruct acquiring the exact query result. We have proposed concept of Web semantics and used RDF model with ontology that will help in designing a stable unique solution for House rental management system. Currently, the suggested system envisions the integration of a rental housing, transportation logistics, medical stores, and a food store.
