ABSTRACT

In human resources, talent management (TM) is not merely a concept. It is also dedicated to talent acquisition, management, development, and onboarding of the corporation's most innovative and capable workers.

The fact that TM works with one of the company's most valuable assets—its employees—makes it clear that it is essential to business strategy. According to KPMG's 2020 research, CEOs (chief executive officers (CEOs) perceive “talent risk” as the number one threat to their companies.

The impact of losing important personnel and acquiring specialized talent on future business effectiveness is significant. Predictive analytics provided by AI-powered TM software assist managers in identifying problems before they harm the business. As a result, organizations that do not use AI will battle to compete for talent, whereas those that do use AI now will have a substantial competitive edge.

This research intends to provide an overview of the numerous benefits of employing AI in various elements of TM, such as the onboarding process, learning and development, recruitment, and performance management.
