ABSTRACT
In this article, we have studied the different junctionless field effect transistors (JL-FETs). A list of papers has been studied and concluded on the basis of their working and applications. Some of them are analysed using SILVACO TCAD. Also, these are derived and reviewed using TCAD, which confirms the technical review on a junctionless transistor. It is derived from all the papers on how it has become a more special device in that particular genre.
