ABSTRACT
The pandemic has put health-care systems around the world to the test, both medically and managerially. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of administrative competencies on institutional capabilities of health-care organizations. The sample has been drawn from 259 health-care staffs working in private hospitals. The findings indicated a significant positive relationship between Administrative competencies and Institutional capabilities.
