ABSTRACT
Communication technology will be crucial to monitor, control, and meter the various electrical equipment and system state parameters. We have seen tremendous societal changes and political policies to generate opportunities for new businesses and jobs addressing technological advancements, including Green Deal, Digitalization, Cyber Security, Industry 4.0, and Economy. The fifth generation standard is already taking part in changing everyday life and the economy. The goal for the future and sixth generation (6G) should be to get all the services for the digitalization in buildings from one operator to a thrifty prize. An innovative field of application for 6G is the control and monitoring of drones. Therefore, drones are undergoing a boom as flying measurement systems with various sensors. Industries use well-tried approaches and tools from automotive engineering to open new scenarios for using remote-controlled aerial vehicles. 6G is expected to address industry, energy, mobility, real estate, etc., and will develop many applications.
