ABSTRACT

Security and privacy are two issues with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. Implementing an authentication protocol is a flexible and effective method of solving the problem. In this chapter, a brand new, incredibly light RFID system with permutation is proposed (RAPP). In RAPP, a new operation called permutation is introduced in place of unbalanced OR and AND operations. Security investigation demonstrates that RAPP accomplishes the confirmation protocol’s functionality and is challenging to a number of harassments. RAPP, a new ultra-compact RFID protocol with permutation, is suggested. It proposes a brand-new idea called permutation to solve the imbalanced logical operation, like the OR and AND operations, Problem. The methodology of using just three methods, rotation, bitwise XOR, and AND permutation, is shown. Performance analysis is done to show that the suggested RAPP method uses fewer resources.
