ABSTRACT

In this current era, technology used in information and communication has realized an impeccable potential in the area of training and education. Learners are being provided with lots of sophistication that they can access any information through web-based learning environments at their hands with ease. During the COVID-19 lockdown period, physical programmes were suspended in many education and training settings. Currently methods of delivering and assessing education and training were incorporated to create more significant research and many start-ups. M-learning, or mobile learning, played a vital role by providing the learning materials and tons of resources to learners through the Internet. Meanwhile by providing a platform, M-learning has benefited the employees by upgrading skills and it has also paved the way for many start-up organisations to flourish. It is no wonder that M-learning has improvised the government sectors in many forms. Eventually the growth in technology education and training sectors has allowed their recipients to learn via online training, simulations, e-books, e-resources etc., thus making more. Training sectors have helped students and employees to gain skills and equip them in this competitive world. Statistical reports state that around 54% of students are benefited from online training.
