ABSTRACT

People can exchange media files over the internet securely with cryptography. Steganography conceals the existence of the data while cryptography renders it unreadable or obscures its meaning. Anyone who sees the message would be able to tell if it contains a message, and if they are familiar with or can decipher your secret language, they will be able to read your message with ease. Steganography is a technique for concealing confidential information, and the destination machine extracts it. Data is hidden using a variety of techniques. This document provides a summary of steganography techniques with the intention of delivering secure material in this area and locating future research directories.
